What will I do? You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel; you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and handle general administrative duties. Ensure all guest inquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

About the Property: Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148‑bedroom property. Our hotel has an 18‑hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meeting and event spaces.
