For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This position is ideal for a chef who takes pride in quality, consistency and attention to detail, while thriving in a luxury hospitality and fine dining environment.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Take ownership of a designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
Prepare and deliver dishes consistently, maintaining quality, taste and presentation standards at all times.
Ensure your section is fully prepared for service and operates efficiently throughout each shift.
Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards within your section.
Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for high-quality ingredients and modern cuisine.
Excellent understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations and service standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to support and guide junior team members.
