Westbury Group Practice is seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our forward-thinking team. You will work with a range of health professionals and contribute to long-term condition management, health screening, family planning, vaccination programmes and wound care within our nursing team.
The post holder will run nurse-led clinics (immunisation, travel, diabetes) and provide expert advice while adhering to NMC standards.
