About the Role: Job Title: Apprentice IT Support Technician Location: Waterlooville (PO7) Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours a Week Salary: £15,500.00 - £16,500.00 (First Year Apprenticeship) Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join IT as an Apprentice, working towards a recognised Level 3 IT Support Technician qualification while gaining hands-on, real-world experience across a busy, varied group IT function. You will work closely with the Group IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Technician, building your skills from first-line support fundamentals through to wider infrastructure and project work. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support to colleagues across TWG, AEP and SBR logging, triaging and resolving tickets, and escalating where appropriate. Assist with new starter and leaver processes, including hardware setup, account creation, and equipment collection. Support the deployment, configuration and basic maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
