We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Setter Operator to join our team at TWG. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, or other relevant equipment)
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials
  • Perform quality checks using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.)
  • Adjust machine settings to optimise production and maintain quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Complete production documentation as required

About You

  • Previous experience as a CNC Setter Operator
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts/overtime as required

Desirable

  • Experience with Alkart and Esprit CAM System
