AEP Ltd is seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our busy Service Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating people and processes to deliver excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and planning engineers' work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects.
- Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices.
- Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works.
- Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports.
- Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate.
- Using SAP to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions.
