Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join IT as an Apprentice, working towards a recognised Level 3 IT Support Technician qualification while gaining hands-on, real-world experience across a busy, varied group IT function. You will work closely with the Group IT Infrastructure Manager and IT Technician, building your skills from first-line support fundamentals through to wider infrastructure and project work.
