The Digital Product Manager for Wendy’s UK works cross-functionally to bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions. This role will work very closely with the IT, Operations, Brand Marketing, Finance and related teams to analyze, document, and improve digital platforms, integrations, and workflows as well as support the launch of new functionalities and capabilities within the UK market.
Digital Product Manager will build and maintain the backlog of digital enhancements, ensure projects are delivered on-time and budget, define technical requirements and use cases. This role partners with International product owner across all digital products and sets scope and roadmap across platforms such as Kiosk, App, websites, delivery etc.
A successful candidate in this role will demonstrate strong leadership, prioritization, stakeholder management and communication skills to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities- Responsible for market, business case, and competitive analysis related to Wendy’s UK digital products.
- Leads the design and delivery of digital experiences that are both personal and delightful for our customers.
- Understands business strategy and clarifies customer objectives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all key digital platforms, ensuring optimal capability, proper functioning, and seamless integrations.
- Establish and manage stakeholder alignment processes, skillfully balancing competing needs to drive enterprise-best decisions.
- Ongoing analysis of UK data trends, platform & program performance, and user behavior. Shares regular feedback and follow up with business partners.
- Establish effective working relationships with business partners. Act as a trusted point of contact and resource for franchisees navigating platform-related questions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are effectively matched and implemented.
- Develops spirit of teamwork and collaboration with clear lines of accountability for key decisions.
- Loyalty and CRM platform SME – supporting offer building, platform capabilities, data integration flow between platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
- 6+ years of experience working on cross-functional teams with a proven history of achieving business results.
- 4+ years of experience working with a variety of digital technology, reflected in a thorough understanding of the digital space.
- Experience in a project manager role for enterprise-wide projects, preferably for a consumer-facing brand.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders with competing interests.
- Proven prioritization and organization skills.
