The Wellness Centre (Castle Quay) is one of Jersey's leading health and wellness clinics, providing exceptional patient care from our modern waterfront premises. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced, caring and motivated Massage Therapist to join our friendly professional team for three days per week, commencing July 2026.

Your role:

You'll provide high-quality remedial massage treatments tailored to each patient's needs while delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing sports, remedial and therapeutic massage treatments
  • Assessing patients and developing appropriate treatment plans
  • Educating patients on stretching, posture and self-management strategies
  • Working closely with our chiropractors and healthcare team to achieve the best patient outcomes
  • Building lasting relationships with patients through outstanding care and professionalism
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Diploma in Sports Massage and/or Remedial Massage (or equivalent)
  • Current professional insurance and relevant certifications
  • Experience delivering remedial and deep tissue massage
  • Excellent manual therapy skills and physical stamina
  • A warm, professional and caring approach
  • Confidence working independently while thriving as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term patient relationships
  • Passion for health, wellbeing and continual professional development

Additional qualifications such as Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Cupping Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling or other complementary techniques would be advantageous but are not essential.

Hours:

3 days per week starting July 2026. Some evening and Saturday availability will be required.
