We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Skincare Educator to join our global training academy in Barcelona. In this exciting role, you will inspire and empower skin professionals by delivering world-class education on advanced skin resurfacing treatments, protocols, and products. As a true brand ambassador, you will lead interactive workshops, hands-on training, and live demonstrations across multiple platforms. With your expertise and enthusiasm, you will build strong client relationships, drive brand loyalty, and play a key role in supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct interactive workshops at our training facilities, Skin Centers, Partnership Colleges, and other locations around the world.
  • Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions on advanced protocols, procedures, and professional product usage.
  • Organise, prepare, plan, and execute curated training sessions tailored to the audience, skills, and channel.
  • Execute and deliver full training programs across various platforms such as in-classroom practicals, live online training, pre‑recorded demonstrations/talks, and in‑store training.
  • Deliver interactive activities and present information in a way that captures participants' attention.
  • Conduct research related to relevant local topics, trends, new procedures, and ingredients that facilitate teaching of the curriculum.
  • Perform case studies testing treatments and products on local skin to ensure practical application and knowledge reinforce results and training.
  • Deliver training at partnership colleges for qualifying college students, creating brand awareness and building brand love.
Client Support & Relationship Management
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to drive brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and ongoing engagement.
  • Be actively involved in the successful execution of any marketing, retail, or education events.
  • Ensure consistent, regular contact with all Skin Specialists to drive training attendance.
Sales Support
  • Support sales growth through in‑salon hands‑on training, event support, and demonstrations.
  • Deliver demonstrations and education initiatives designed to drive treatment and product awareness for sales growth in selected doors.
  • Support and execute events to drive sell‑out, brand awareness, and growth.
Administrative
  • Address education‑related queries within 24 hours via phone or email. Ensure clear, professional verbal and written communication to convey information effectively and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Prepare, plan, and study class material, presentations, and proposals, upholding standard of training and delivery of information.
  • Complete monthly training reports and execute training strategies to ensure increased education touchpoints and that training attendance targets are achieved.
  • Maintain attendance capacity through driving bookings to ensure capacity targets for attendance are achieved.
  • Collaborate with regional coordinators to prepare and submit weekly/monthly training reports.
  • Inform the coordinator of any stock, consumables, or classroom maintenance needed to always maintain and uphold standards of training.
Requirements
  • Qualification in skin care: NQF level 6, Somatology diploma, or higher.
  • CIDESCO or ITEC qualification.
  • Advanced Dermal Aesthetics Diploma is an advantage.
  • Teacher's Qualification / Assessor's / Moderator's diploma is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3 years or more of industry-related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • 2 years' teaching/lecturing or training experience is an advantage.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of skin histology and industry‑related topics including trends, treatments, and procedures.
  • Digital and social media proficiency.
