We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to join our luxury beauty clinic. This is a dual-role position, with 80% of your time dedicated to delivering expert beauty treatments and 20% focused on the day-to-day management of the salon team and operations. You’ll be a hands-on leader who leads by example, ensures exceptional client experience, and supports the clinic’s commercial success. Essential Responsibilities (not limited to): * Treatment Delivery. * Deliver a range of professional beauty treatments to a high standard. * Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of repeat business. * Consult with clients to recommend personalised treatment plans and homecare. * Maintain hygiene and treatment room standards in line with clinic protocols. * Salon Management. * Lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets. * Oversee the daily running of the clinic including rotas, stock control and appointments. * Support staff development through on-the-job coaching, training and performance reviews. * Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency. * Ensure the clinic meets all health and safety and regulatory requirements. * Monitor product usage, treatment performance, and KPIs. * Work closely with the director on business strategy and promotions.
