Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to join our luxury beauty clinic. This is a dual-role position, with 80% of your time dedicated to delivering expert beauty treatments and 20% focused on the day-to-day management of the salon team and operations. You’ll be a hands-on leader who leads by example, ensures exceptional client experience, and supports the clinic’s commercial success.\\n\\nEssential Responsibilities (not limited to):\\n\\n * Treatment Delivery.\\n\\n * Deliver a range of professional beauty treatments to a high standard.\\n\\n * Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of repeat business.\\n\\n * Consult with clients to recommend personalised treatment plans and homecare.\\n\\n * Maintain hygiene and treatment room standards in line with clinic protocols.\\n\\n * Salon Management.\\n\\n * Lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and meet performance targets.\\n\\n * Oversee the daily running of the clinic including rotas, stock control and appointments.\\n\\n * Support staff development through on-the-job coaching, training and performance reviews.\\n\\n * Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.\\n\\n * Ensure the clinic meets all health and safety and regulatory requirements.\\n\\n * Monitor product usage, treatment performance, and KPIs.\\n\\n * Work closely with the director on business strategy and promotions.\\n\\nQualifications & Characteristics\\n\\n * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy\\n\\n * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon/clinic environment\\n\\n * Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is essential\\n\\n * Confident delivering a wide range of treatments to a high standard\\n\\n * Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills\\n\\n * A passion for beauty, wellbeing, and client care\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Competitive salary with commission/bonus structure\\n\\n * Ongoing training and development\\n\\n * Staff treatment discounts and product incentives\\n\\n * Supportive and professional team environment
