Role Summary The Media Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue across our portfolio of events and publications. This role involves selling advertising solutions, sponsorship packages, digital media, and exhibition space to new and existing clients. You will play a key part in building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering effective marketing solutions that maximise value for our partners. Key Responsibilities * Sell advertising space across print, digital, and online platforms. * Sell sponsorship packages and exhibition stands for events, conferences, and industry shows. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Develop a deep understanding of the company’s events and media products. * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales follow-up. * Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts. * Work closely with marketing, editorial, and events teams to ensure successful delivery of client campaigns. * Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build new contacts. * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience in media sales, event sponsorship sales, or a related B2B commercial role. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. * Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work to deadlines. * Comfortable managing a busy sales pipeline and working independently. * Good understanding of digital media, marketing solutions, and event sponsorship (preferred). * Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
