Key Responsibilities * Deliver a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, blow-drying, styling, and treatments. * Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on styles, products, and maintenance. * Maintain a high level of customer care, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and valued. * Manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail. * Contribute to salon targets through excellent service, client retention, and product recommendations. * Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation are maintained at all times. * Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and product innovations. Skills & Experience * NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent qualification) in Hairdressing. * Proven experience in a busy salon environment. * Strong technical ability in both colouring and cutting for all hair types. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering a premium experience
