Requirements: * Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in beauty/spa industry. * Excellent organisational skills with a great attention to detail. * Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Responsibilities include: * Meet and greet clients. * Booking appointments. * Ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the spa. * Coordinating and managing the diary. * Ensure all the client’s needs are met while visiting the spa to deliver 5-star customer service. * Record keeping for client’s database. * Ad hoc receptionist and administrative tasks. * Cashiering and sale of products
