A luxury spa based in the heart of London is looking for an exceptional Front of House professional. They are seeking a full-time, hardworking and approachable person. Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty/spa industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the spa.
  • Coordinating and managing the diary.
  • Ensure all the client’s needs are met while visiting the spa to deliver 5-star customer service.
  • Record keeping for client’s database.
  • Ad hoc receptionist and administrative tasks.
  • Cashiering and sale of products.
