We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellbeing, with strong expertise in manicure, pedicure, and waxing services, and the ability to perform occasional massage treatments to a high professional standard. The role requires excellent technical ability, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming approach to ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of manicure and pedicure treatments, including classic, gel, and luxury services.
  • Deliver waxing treatments (including facial, body, and intimate waxing) with precision, hygiene, and client comfort in mind.
  • Provide occasional massage treatments (such as back, neck, and shoulder) in line with salon protocols.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to identify needs, contraindications, and ensure appropriate treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitisation of tools and workstations.
  • Advise clients on aftercare routines and promote suitable retail products.
  • Support the team with daily salon operations — including booking management, stock control, and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and client‑centred atmosphere.

Skills & Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience in manicure, pedicure, and waxing treatments.
  • Additional experience in massage therapy (especially relaxation or Swedish) preferred.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Professional, reliable, and well‑presented at all times.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
