Our client is an industry-leading business-to-business media platform that supports the hair, beauty, spa, and aesthetic sectors, connecting brands with decision-makers at all levels. The company also delivers international and national events and conferences. An exciting yet challenging place to work, it involves managing a vast variety of guest requirements. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is comfortable communicating with a diverse range of clients. From established accounts to new leads, we seek a committed person to join the team to increase the number of active clients and enhance their experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a portfolio of customers across the sector.
  • Maintain and develop existing active accounts and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and approach potential customers from new sources, including publications, exhibitions, social media, and online channels.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet all personal targets.
  • Record all conversations and activities in the company CRM system.
  • Make a minimum of 15 decision-making phone calls per day when in the office.
  • Quickly build market and client knowledge.
