Our client is an industry-leading business-to-business media platform that supports the hair, beauty, spa, and aesthetic sectors, connecting brands with decision-makers at all levels. The company also delivers international and national events and conferences. An exciting yet challenging place to work, it involves managing a vast variety of guest requirements. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is comfortable communicating with a diverse range of clients. From established accounts to new leads, we seek a committed person to join the team to increase the number of active clients and enhance their experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build a portfolio of customers across the sector.
  2. Maintain and develop existing active accounts and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Identify and approach potential customers from new sources, including publications, exhibitions, social media, and online channels.
  4. Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Meet all personal targets.
  6. Record all conversations and activities in the company CRM system.
  7. Make a minimum of 15 decision-making phone calls per day when in the office.
  8. Quickly build market and client knowledge.
