The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced doctor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will see private male patients on a one-to-one basis, carrying out assessments, diagnostics, and developing treatment plans, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) where clinically appropriate. This is a unique opportunity for a doctor interested in a rewarding role outside the constraints of NHS general practice, with more time for each patient and an emphasis on continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health consultations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and manage male‑specific health issues, particularly testosterone deficiency
- Interpret blood test results and other diagnostics
- Develop personalised treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Work closely with a small team including administrative and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and care in accordance with GMC and CQC guidelines
About You
- GMC‑registered medical practitioner with a licence to practice in the UK
- Minimum 3 years post‑registration experience
- Sound understanding of general medicine and men’s health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and within a small team
- Interest in preventative, lifestyle, and men’s health
- Experience working in private healthcare settings
- Previous experience with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) or hormone replacement therapy
- Background in general practice and/or endocrinology
