Assistant Manager role at a busy pub restaurant hotel, delivering warm hospitality across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

You will lead daily operations, champion service excellence, support and motivate the team, assist with rotas, planning and admin, oversee weddings and events, and support hotel operations for 25 boutique rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across the pub, restaurant, hotel, and events to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Champion service excellence across all dining periods and events.
  • Support and motivate the team to build a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Assist with rotas, planning, and administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee weddings, events, and private dining, delivering seamless guest experiences.
  • Support hotel operations to ensure 25 boutique rooms are guest-ready.
  • Maintain a guest-first mindset to create warm, memorable experiences.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, including understanding of KPIs, stock, labour, and revenue.
