Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our distinguished guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials or promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and process bills efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in restocking service areas and supplies as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Experience: Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy hospitality environment preferable in 4*/5* hotels.
