Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet luxury brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas; follow up on corrective actions promptly.
  • Coordinate room assignments, schedules, and special projects with the housekeeping and front office teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering of supplies and linens.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with hotel and local regulations.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in staff performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
