We are looking for exceptional Chefs de Partie to be part of our Kitchen team at the 5* hotel The Wellesley Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel during this exciting time after recently joining the Marriott International family.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in any section
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety

Requirements:

  • Permanent contract of 48 hours a week.
  • Demonstrate great communication skills, a good work ethic and a willingness to deliver exceptional, luxury five‑star service to our guests.

Our next Chef de partie will be part of The Oval Restaurant, an Italian fine dining experience celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients, and daily fresh bread.
