We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager wishing to join our commercial team based in Mayfair. You will oversee Revenue and Reservations for three iconic boutique hotels: The Wellesley Knightsbridge & The Langley Buckinghamshire, part of the Marriott Luxury Collection, and Ten Manchester Street, a historical four-star boutique hotel in the heart of Marylebone. This position is office based 5 days per week and reports to the Commercial Director.

Role overview

The Cluster Hotel Revenue Manager is responsible for optimisation of pricing, inventory and distribution to maximise RevPAR, market share and overall profitability. This role requires expertise in Marriott's revenue & reservations management systems and commercial processes ensuring the hotels constantly deliver a strong financial performance.

Revenue Management

  • Operation and optimisation of Revenue Management Systems (One Yield for the Wellesley and The Langley and IdeaS for 10 Manchester Street).
  • Implement agreed pricing and inventory controls to maximize market demand and drive market share.
  • Monitor rate parity and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Channel Management ensuring compliance with Marriott standards and distribution strategies.
  • Use of Business intelligence tools such as Lighthouse and Mint, to analyse booking patterns and market trends; to inform accurate pricing decisions, forecast and provide daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
  • Maintain an accurate 3-month rolling demand forecast.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions.
  • Prepare detailed revenue performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to address need periods and optimize peak dates, providing data driven insight and commercialising agreed offers and packages across the different channels.

Reservation management

  • Lead, train and inspire the Reservation team, efficiently managing the smooth running of the daily workload and effective organisation of tasks.
  • Support the reservations team in keeping constantly updated with new offers, packages and general product knowledge.
  • Lead the reservation team to maximize conversion of direct enquiries, through an accurate and timely reply, and use any opportunity for upselling and cross selling.
  • Maintain effective communication and close collaboration with hotels operations teams such as Front Office, F&B and Spa.
  • Oversee group and corporate rate loading, displacement analysis and contract evaluation.

Cross functional collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies and drive hotel revenue.
  • Support the sales team with pricing guidance, group evaluations and market intelligence.
  • Work closely with the reservations and front office team to ensure accurate system configuration and upselling opportunities.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue Management.
  • Proven experience as a Revenue Manager. Experience with Marriott branded hotels preferred but not essential.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to the hotels leadership team.
  • Proficiency with use of Excel, Revenue Management Systems and analytical tools.
