- Lead and deliver high quality interventions to accelerate pupil progress
- Act as a vital link between teaching staff and Teaching Assistants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

- Work closely with the SENCo and Inclusion Manager to plan and manage support timetables across the school
- Provide mentoring and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Support the SENCo with administrative duties and essential documentation
- Promote high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour, ensuring the best outcomes for all children
