We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Senior Teaching Assistant to take on a key role within our school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to pupils’ learning while supporting and developing a committed team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and deliver high quality interventions to accelerate pupil progress
  • Act as a vital link between teaching staff and Teaching Assistants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Line manage and support Teaching Assistants, driving their development and ensuring they are deployed effectively
  • Work closely with the SENCo and Inclusion Manager to plan and manage support timetables across the school
  • Provide mentoring and guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support the SENCo with administrative duties and essential documentation
  • Promote high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour, ensuring the best outcomes for all children
