Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead on public and private sector tenders and build long-term client partnerships across our wellbeing, resilience, and leadership training and coaching solutions.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves both the precision of tender management and the relationship-building of strategic sales. You will also be required to conduct some cold outreach and build relationships to develop the growth of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full tender and framework process — from qualification and bid writing to submission, presentation, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and convert new business — blend strategic partnership building with proactive outreach from marketing leads and your own network.
  • Grow revenue in key accounts — deepen relationships and execute strategic account plans that deliver long-term value.
  • Partner with senior HR, L&D and Wellbeing leaders to shape solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot — keep stages, next steps and probabilities current.
  • Own accurate forecasting — produce reliable weekly/monthly forecasts and contribute to revenue reporting with clear rationale.
  • Collaborate across teams — work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to craft compelling, insight-led proposals and presentations.
