Teen Tips Ltd is a leading provider of mental health and wellbeing training in schools. Our main product, The Wellbeing Hub, is an online membership platform and is growing fast, which is why we are seeking someone dynamic and enthusiastic to join our friendly team. Role Overview

As Content Assistant you’ll help with the planning, creation, and delivery of expert-led content across The Wellbeing Hub platform. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping who we commission content from, what we publish, how we engage our audiences, and how we grow our content partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content editing and curation e.g. podcasts and webinars.
  • Content strategy – maintain the overarching content plan for The Wellbeing Hub, ensuring all content is expert-led, relevant to our audiences, and aligned with our mission and values.
  • Content scheduling and uploading – upload and tag content across The Wellbeing Hub platform including courses, resources, podcasts, webinars, A-Z of Wellbeing, and more (per tagging guidelines).
  • Content creation for our student members (includes creating strong visuals and engaging video content).
  • Produce and schedule newsletters (UK and International editions for both staff and parents).
  • Create tip sheets and supporting materials as needed.
  • Develop bespoke awareness day packages and content calendars for schools.

Partnerships

  • Manage content partnerships, working with Alicia and Eliza to evaluate and agree on new collaborations.

General

  • Troubleshoot website issues on The Wellbeing Hub and Teen Tips Ltd sites, liaising with Tess, Katie, and our development partner Elemental Concept.

This role reports to: Eliza Drummond-Bates, Senior Content Manager and Alicia Drummond, CEO.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong audio/video creation and editing skills.
  • Experience in planning and managing content across multiple channels.
  • Excellent social skills, critical thinking, and initiative.
  • Confident in juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across a small, close-knit team.
  • Familiarity with content management systems is a plus but not essential.

Start date: Monday 20th July

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Location: The office is in Lewes, East Sussex – 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with 30 mins paid lunch break.

Education: Undergraduate degree required

Experience: Content creation, planning and managing content, and evidenced work experience.
