We’re hiring at The Well Being BY CUBEX. I’m looking for a Patient Relations & Customer Services Host to join our front‑of‑house team at our Central London clinic on a part‑time basis. This role sits at the heart of the patient experience. It’s about hosting, not just reception – welcoming people warmly, managing appointments and enquiries with care, and supporting the smooth daily rhythm of a high‑end hearing healthcare clinic.
You’ll work closely with our clinical and patient relations teams, helping ensure that every patient, referrer and guest feels genuinely looked after, from first contact to follow‑up.
