We are looking for Salaried GPs, GP Trainers and GP Educational Supervisors to join our teams across Lincolnshire, with opportunities for 4–8 sessions per week.

• Capped workload of up to 26 patients per day, with adjustments where appropriate for training and supervision commitments.

Support for GP Trainers and Educational Supervisors

We recognise the time required to train and support the next generation of GPs.

• GP Trainers receive one hour blocked per trainee per day for training responsibilities.

• GP Educational Supervisors receive one hour for educational supervision, plus two-hour tutorials every four weeks.

A voice in how we work

Our Service Improvement Group brings ideas from colleagues across all five practices together each month. We encourage staff at every level to suggest improvements, challenge existing processes and help turn good ideas into practical changes.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to clinical research, attend clinical meetings, take part in Protected Learning Time (PLT) afternoons and engage in wider practice activities and group celebrations.

Smarter systems and clinical support

Our Welby Innovate modules integrate with SystmOne to support recalls, pathology and prescribing workflows, helping reduce administrative burden and support safer clinical decision-making. Our Central Services Hub and dedicated Mental Health workload team provide additional operational and clinical support.
