Join The Welby Practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly Cliff Villages team. The ideal candidate will thrive working autonomously while benefitting from a strong, family‑focused practice. Full‑time preferred; part‑time and compressed hours are considered.
The Practice operates across two sites: Navenby and Waddington. Clinics at both locations provide variety and community engagement.
The Role
You will see patients presenting with undifferentiated illness or injury, carrying out assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prescribing as appropriate. You will be supported by an excellent clinical, administrative and managerial team.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Practice: Autonomy to manage and treat patients, advanced clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, prescribe and evaluate care, support QOF reviews, proactive patient management, duty clinician role one day per week.
- Leadership & Management: Shape services, influence best practices, help drive positive change, mentoring, potential lead roles in Safeguarding or End‑of‑Life Care.
- Education: Continuous development, training practice for GPs, mentor junior colleagues, participate in daily Cases Over Coffee meetings (11:00).
- Research & Development: Engage in research studies, contribute to advancements in primary care.
