The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
You will see patients presenting with undifferentiated illness or injury, carrying out assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing as appropriate. You will be supported by an excellent clinical, administrative, and managerial team, including our doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, nursing team, administrative colleagues, and Practice Manager.
Clinical Practice: You will have the autonomy to manage and treat patients, using advanced clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and evaluate care. Your expertise will support QOF reviews and ensure proactive patient management. Plus, you will take on the duty clinician role one day per week, giving you variety in your practice.
Leadership & Management: This is more than just a clinical role, you will have the chance to shape services and help others. Get involved in service development, influence best practices, and help drive positive change for patients and the wider team.
Education: We believe in continuous development. As a training practice for GPs, we foster a culture of learning. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and participate in our daily “Cases Over Coffee” meetings (11:00) – a dedicated space to discuss complex cases in a relaxed, collaborative setting.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly Welby team on a part‑time basis.
