We are currently looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing. You will be an important part of the Hotel Leadership Team maximising all revenue opportunities through execution of all sales strategies. You are an active part of the local community and are often the first person our clients speak to, providing guests with a warm welcome and a great first impression.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have a proven track record of developing and winning new business and significantly growing existing customers, and a strong understanding of the UK market.
  • Senior level hotel sales experience is essential.
  • A people person who can establish links with the community and drive sales.
  • A self-motivated, driven, results orientated and proactive attitude is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A full and clean driving licence and own car are essential.
