We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join us at THE WEIRD GROUP supporting our growing roster of standout clients while also developing your own list

The ideal candidate with be based in or near to Manchester City Centre with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

We’re a creatively-led agency working across digital, broadcast, brand partnerships and campaigns, publicity and more – with a focus on building and supporting long-term careers. Our award-winning talent includes well known public figures and household names across actors, presenters, tv personalities and industry professionals

What we’re looking for…

A natural people person, with a track record of managing talent and solid industry contacts across key areas

Experienced in influencer marketing and contract negotiation with demonstrated success in securing brand partnerships and campaigns (this will be a key focus of the role)

Consistent outreach to agencies and brands pitching our talent for relevant campaigns and opportunities

Ideally experienced and connected within broadcast industry (tv/radio/digital) with relationships across production companies and talent bookers

Organised and proactive – a self starter able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, passionate about talent development and bringing creative ideas to life with solid communication and organisational skills

Experience in PR/comms with media contacts is also a plus but not essential

Starting fully remote, with plans to move into a Media City / central Manchester office location on a flexible working basis (a mix of remote and office days) along with a miniature dachshund office dog
