Purpose of Role: This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the Weir brand across the globe. As a key member of the divisional marketing team, you will translate strategic brand direction into compelling visual outputs used across digital, print, merchandising and large-format exhibitions. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and external suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality design delivery that strengthens brand presence and customer experience worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets across digital, print, packaging, merchandising, and large-format exhibition environments, ensuring every output aligns with Weir’s global brand guidelines and supports consistent visual identity across regions.
- Develop creative concepts from low-fidelity to final execution, working collaboratively with the divisional marketing team and interpreting strategic brand direction into practical, tactical design solutions.
- Support 30–40 global exhibitions and events per year, creating impactful stand graphics, signage, and physical collateral that enhance customer experience and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers such as printers, photographers, and exhibition contractors to ensure high-quality production and accurate delivery of all design assets.
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications:
- Min 4 years design experience with exposure to global teams, accessibility standards (WCAG), and working with external vendors.
- Skilled in low-fidelity conceptual design and able to consider full user journeys, including physical interactions with design outputs.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related tools).
- Confident in presenting design concepts and final outputs to a variety of stakeholders.
- Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
