The EMECA Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative support activities across all service locations within the EMECA region. This role ensures consistent service delivery, compliance with company policies, and efficient administrative operations. The EMECA Service Delivery Manager will lead a team of service administrators, manage workflows, and act as a liaison between regional service and sales teams as well as the EMECA leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and support a team of service administrators across multiple locations in EMECA.
- Monitor and optimize administrative processes including standard operating procedures to ensure timely and accurate service documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
- Build local service structures in line with EMEA CoE Vision & train, mentor and evaluate administrative staff performance.
- Manage regional service data, including KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics and service backlog.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Experience within sales, service and aftermarket functions & supervisor or management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce & Field Service Management is essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative at all management levels.
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy, with great attention to detail & commercially acute.
