Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Investor Relations will shape how Weir is understood by investors, analysts and the wider capital markets community.
You will lead our investor relations strategy, bringing our purpose, performance and long-term value creation story to life while positioning Weir as a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future.
Working closely with the CFO, CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will deliver clear, compelling and compliant communications that build confidence in Weir's strategy, financial performance, technology leadership and sustainability ambitions.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the Board, you will provide insight into investor sentiment, market expectations and industry trends, helping to strengthen Weir's reputation and relationships across the investment community.
