Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role shapes enterprise-wide reward governance and drives innovation through data, technology, and AI to attract and retain top talent.
You will partner with the Executive Team and Remuneration Committee to ensure reward decisions support strategy, shareholder expectations, and long-term value.
