Purpose of Role
The Indirect Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for all professional and corporate services categories. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining high standards of service quality, compliance, and supplier performance. The manager will lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage contracts for indirect and corporate services
- Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations
- Lead RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
- Track supplier performance and manage service-level agreements (SLAs)
