This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established Kitchen & Front of House team. We’re seeking someone with exceptional standards, who can nurture the friendly and welcoming ethos at the heart of The Weir.

The role
This leadership role is made for an inspiring, hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to join our outstanding team. You will oversee the daily operations of the business with the support of the GM, Managing Director and Finance & Operations Manager. Your leadership will ensure the highest quality in food, drink, exceptional service, guest satisfaction, profitability and seamless compliance with brand and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service whilst maintaining our ethos, and our consistent 5* reviews
- Oversee the day to day running of all F&B areas
- Maximise the profitability through effective stock, labour and margin management
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities across food, beverages and events.
- Collaborate with our GM, Head Chef & Head Bartender to ensure consistency and quality.

- A proven track record in a high-quality, busy venue
- Strong knowledge of food, wine and beer
- Calm and confident under pressure with excellent communication skills
- Customer service is your thing – you love engaging with guests and building relationships
- Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and cost controls
- You work well both independently and as part of a large team
