The Recipe (About the Role)
- Attend training sessions held at the Manufacturing Training Centre in Coventry and complete your coursework (we’ll help you succeed!)
- Work alongside experienced engineers and learn on the job
- Get involved in fixing and maintaining machines that keep Weetabix running
- Learn how to keep everything safe and working smoothly
- Be part of a team that solves problems and makes things better
- Share your ideas – we love fresh thinking!
- Use computer systems to track progress and report on projects
The Ingredients (What we need from you)
- 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 / A*-C) including Maths and English
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good at talking and listening – teamwork is key!
- Positive attitude and ready to learn new things
