We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Controller to join our team at Weetabix, where you will manage and strategically develop key customer relationships in the Food to Go sector. This role is crucial in helping the Weetabix Food Company meet its annual and mid-term objectives in a way that is both sustainable and mutually beneficial.
This position emphasises fostering a cohesive team environment to meet our key performance objectives and individual aspirations. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate exceptional personal resilience and act confidently in high-pressure commercial situations. They should possess the skills to strategise, think quickly on their feet, and negotiate with finesse.
The purpose of this role is:
- The management and leadership of a team to foster growth in the Food To Go sector.
- Developing trusting customer relationships whereby Weetabix and our customers can win together.
- Work cross-functionally within Weetabix to ensure a customer-focused approach and effective delivery.
- Support the team in developing and managing Joint Business Plans aligned with Category, Customer, and our business objectives.
- Take responsibility for achieving KPIs and objectives within teams and the organisation.
Requirements
Non-negotiables:
- A demonstrable record of successfully leading a team and expanding business within the Food To Go sector.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and results-driven with good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to demonstrate how you have created a bespoke yet customer-led growth plan.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to influence, category story-based selling & negotiate internally and externally.
- Ability to operate and drive agendas across multiple areas concurrently.
- Capability to create a collaborative strategic plan that fosters shared growth and success.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Tableau, with a preference for experience in Exceedra.
