The Recipe (About the Role)
- Deliver hands-on engineering support to production, responding quickly to breakdowns and resolving priority issues to minimise downtime.
- Provide planned maintenance activities to maximise asset reliability and availability.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team, making clear, timely decisions and effectively prioritising engineering support.
- Apply mechanical, electrical and PLC expertise to diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repairs to component level.
- Operate in line with company standards, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
