We're looking for a collaborative and experienced Business Analyst to help shape and deliver impactful IT solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals, analyse processes, and define clear, actionable requirements. You'll play a key part in translating business needs into end-to-end system solutions, conducting options analysis, assessing feasibility and operational impact, and supporting the development of strong, evidence-based business cases.

Interview process: Initial teams interview followed by a face-to-face interview at our Burton Latimer site.

Working pattern: We bring everyone together on Weetabix Wednesday - a great opportunity to collaborate, connect and catch up in person. As part of our hybrid approach, you'll typically spend three days a week in the office, with flexibility built in to support individual needs. The Recipe (About the Role)

  • Define clear project requirements, scope, and deliverables to support IT change initiatives
  • Work with IT Architects to translate business needs into end-to-end solution designs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and drive more efficient delivery
  • Support prioritisation of user requirements for IT delivery teams
  • Build and maintain relationships across business areas and third-party suppliers
  • Partner with IT leadership to review requirements using As-Is and To-Be models
  • Contribute to test scenarios, test cases, and user/support documentation
  • Identify data requirements to support effective data management and integration

The Ingredients (What we need from you)

  • Key Know How: Proven data analysis skills translating into project requirements definition with business context
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN)
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional environment
  • Have a logical mindset and the ability to share information at all levels

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment
  • Experience of working within Operational Technology based projects
