Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.We are dedicated to executing expansive IT/OT projects and programs with precision, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within financial parameters, and in perfect alignment with the expectations set by our Executives and Project Sponsors. Our goal is to guarantee that these initiatives are fully integrated with the broader Weetabix strategy, including the IT/OT Roadmap, all while rigorously adhering to the IT PMO Governance framework for consistent delivery. (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)The purpose of this role is · Deliver Projects On Time, On Budget as per the agreed Project Scope· Work with IT and the business to ensure an effective approach to implementation, handover and acceptance of the change· Reporting to the IT PMO and ensuring governance is adhered to with regular reporting to the OT Programme Manager and Steering Group· Agreement of project benefits and how these will be tracked post-implementation· Manage a matrix project team, collaborate effectively with external suppliers and staff to achieve on-time, on-budget, in-scope delivery of project outcomes· Define and implement a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project lifecycle· Produce and own all project management deliverables using the established project methodology to the right level of quality· Produce and own the project plan and controlling, managing and monitoring project timescales and budgets, reporting variances, escalating as appropriate to overcome delays, difficulties and cost-over-runs and re-forecasting where necessary· Build resource plans for projects and track resource utilisation, agreeing roles and responsibilities· Continually monitors projects for risks and issues and takes the appropriate steps to mitigate· Identify key project stakeholders and develop appropriate stakeholder communication plans· Working alongside the wider IT PMO team to review, refine and improve processes in use and in the futureRequirementsNon-negotiables Knowledge of change management techniques Project Management Certification (Prince 2) or equivalent Leadership and Team Management Experience of successfully running multiple complex projects concurrently or a programme/portfolio of works BenefitsCompetitive salary & Annual Flexible benefits .
