The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Hybrid working is available, but you will need to be flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Mentor and develop the 3rd Line Support Team, ensuring current IT infrastructure is understood, appropriate documentation is in place, and the team has knowledge of ongoing operation and maintenance.
- Manage build resources and coordinate build activities to ensure new or amended services are seamlessly transitioned into support.
- Provide representation for IT infrastructure to IT governance processes. Ensure that all changes to IT infrastructure are appropriately validated and approved via the TDA and CAB processes.
- Support IT Security in delivering key information security risk related initiatives.
- Lead initiatives to reduce or eliminate manual or repetitive tasks, improving end-to-end infrastructure health and performance.
- Manage third party vendor relationships and hold them accountable for delivery of any hosted or outsourced Infrastructure support functions.
- Deliver within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to achieve agreed KPI’s.
Requirements:
- A hands-on leader with a track record of managing 3rd Line Support Teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and collaboration.
- Proficiency in VMware, MS OS, SAN, SQL, LAN, WAN, Office 365, Exchange, SCCM.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment with conflicting priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met to deliver a high-quality service.
- Experience with vulnerability management & ITIL.
- Experience working in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC) environment.
- Familiarity with Public Cloud, Cisco, Checkpoint, Nortel, Avaya, Linux servers.
