Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to be flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.
We are looking for an HR Service Delivery Advisor to join our HR Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills with the ability to compile and present management information reports enriched with insightful analysis and valuable insights. You will provide HR services to all employees, ensuring the timely and effective administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including payroll and benefits. You will play a key role in providing valuable HR support to the business while also spearheading exciting improvement projects within the HRSD team.
The recipe! (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive)
- Compile and present management information reports enriched with insightful analysis and valuable insights.
- Address a diverse range of HR inquiries, all while adhering to established timelines.
- Use HR information systems to access, input and compile data and ensure records are accurate and comply with current legislation.
- Administer HR-related documentation connected with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including but not exclusive to contracts of employment, induction, pay review, bonus, maternity, paternity, parental leave, rewards and benefits, absence, disciplinary, grievance, health surveillance, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
- Provide HR knowledge to line managers.
- Implement training on aspects of the HR Services processes, including the Time and Attendance system to ensure accurate data entry, new starter and job change processes.
- Complete the required payroll processes and checks in line with the monthly payroll schedule by working together with the payroll provider to ensure pay is accurate.
- Drive the business performance concerning the organisation’s objectives by making suggestions to continuously improve day-to-day operations and ways of working.
- Manage ‘How to Guides’ on processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date.
- Support completion of annual activities relating to audits.
Requirements
- Non-negotiables:
- Experience with systems with good Excel skills.
- Resourceful and analytical; skilled at finding solutions to challenges.
- Possess strong stakeholder skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Display a passion for driving continuous improvement.
- Proven work experience as an HR consultant or similar administration role.
Nice to haves:
- CIPD level 3.
- Awareness / Knowledge of employment legislation.
