Be at the forefront of equipment reliability, driving reactive repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement across 24/7 operations. Work across multiple facilities as part of a small, highly skilled team, delivering both independently and collaboratively to meet evolving demands.

The Recipe (About the Role)

  • Deliver hands-on engineering support to production, responding quickly to breakdowns and resolving priority issues to minimise downtime.
  • Provide planned maintenance activities to maximise asset reliability and availability.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team, making clear, timely decisions and effectively prioritising engineering support.
  • Apply mechanical, electrical and PLC expertise to diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repairs to component level.
  • Operate in line with company standards, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
