The Recipe (About the Role)

Join our Sales Team on a part-time basis and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both our retail partners and internal stakeholders. Supporting the team's wider objectives, you'll help ensure projects run smoothly through excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail. In this role, you'll coordinate product samples for retailer submissions, complete benchmarking, trade shows, and internal events, while ensuring accurate labelling and compliance with allergen and scientific standards. You'll also manage and collate key business data, providing valuable help that helps the team make informed judgements and deliver against their goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end samples process, ensuring all health, safety, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of samples to retailers, working closely with postal and courier providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of product ratings and reviews from retailer websites, identifying trends and recommending actions.
  • Help National Account Managers with product samples for new launches and key customer activity.
  • Deliver product benchmarking insights, including brand information and nutritional comparisons.
  • Organise and provide samples for trade events, exhibitions, and internal showcase days.
  • Coordinate start, mid-point, and final samples for new product launches and product changes.
  • Own benchmarking sample requirements for the customer brand team, ensuring consistency and availability.
  • Maintain and update the customer brand library and data systems, including Brandbank (external product content platform).
  • Raise purchase orders and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

  • Strong numeracy and data skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
