The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Working pattern: On-Site Working
The main objective of this role is to inspire and guide our manufacturing teams to enhance cluster performance. This will be achieved by optimising resource allocation and prioritisation, all grounded in data-driven decision-making. Your efforts will significantly influence key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, and Morale.
- Oversee the manufacturing process to meet capability, capacity, and profit targets aligned with the manufacturing strategy.
- Build and lead a motivated manufacturing team across plants, ensuring engagement and performance.
- Implement Food Safety and Health and Safety Strategies to deliver safe products and minimise community impact.
- Ensure compliance of cluster facilities and services with legal standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Foster a continuous improvement culture, adopting best practices and standard procedures for cost-effective manufacturing.
- Maintain resource levels for effective training, projects, and NPD trials.
- Integrate engineering activities with plant operations to ensure minimal disruption from maintenance and new asset deployment.
