Join our team as a Day-Based Multiskilled Engineer where you will play a part in shaping the future of our equipment performance at our Burton Latimer and Corby sites. You\’ll be at the heart of proactive maintenance, driving improvements that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Occasionally, there will be a requirement to get involved in the reactive engineering support in plant.

The Recipe (About the Role)
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and shutdown operations at our Burton Latimer and Corby sites. This includes, but is not limited to, servicing, repairs, overhauls, and condition-based monitoring.
- Adhere to company practices, procedures, and regulations to maintain health & safety, food safety, and legal compliance at all times.
- Oversee external contractors who provide additional support for preventative maintenance activities, ensuring they fully understand and follow our company practices and procedures.
- Possess a solid understanding of, and capability to work on, a diverse array of engineering assets.
- Carry out proactive maintenance tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and report any equipment issues encountered during maintenance activities to the relevant teams.
- Spot opportunities to enhance the reliability of our assets and improve engineering processes.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects by identifying root causes and executing corrective actions.
- Utilise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) effectively to document and review completed work.
- Facilitate training and support to help transition basic engineering tasks to operators seamlessly.
