The Recipe (About the Role)

As 'the voice of the Consumer', your role will involve daily contacts with Consumers ensuring that their enquiries are handled with professionalism and promptness. We’ll count on you to embody our Weetabix values and safeguard our brand reputation, nurturing Consumer loyalty along the way. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable insights, advice, and relevant reports to our Internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing the accurate and timely administration of our Marketing spend database, raising PO’s and preparing samples for Marketing events.

  • Plan and prioritise to meet KPIs.
  • Handle consumer enquiries swiftly and professionally.
  • Make independent and calibrated decisions on consumer reimbursements.
  • Maintain an accurate, GDPR-compliant Emplifi database.
  • Engage stakeholders for critical analysis and required actions.
  • Update allergen/product master lists and keep the corporate website current.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reports.
  • Assist CPM reduction initiatives.
  • Advise on business projects from a consumer perspective.
  • Assist in departmental project delivery (ICP/NPD).
  • Provide data to aid the Senior Technical Manager's customer administration.
  • Maintain internal and external audit trails and results.
  • Monitor social media engagements, ensuring timely and accurate responses, including managing negative trends.
  • Maintain Marketing spend database.
  • Raise PO’s for the consumer and wider marketing dept.
  • Organise and prepare product samples for marketing events.

  • Communicate in a friendly, effective, and professional manner, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proactively seek quick solutions for our consumers’ needs.
  • Confident in making daily decisions that guide effective resolutions, including suitable reimbursements.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, and adaptable to new software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and planning abilities for both familiar and new tasks.
  • Aware of the roles and responsibilities of others while you carry out your own work.
  • Capable of interpreting data and expressing insights clearly.
  • Eager to pursue continuous improvement in all areas.
